Terms Of Use/Terms of Service

CLIENT provides a collection of online resources, including classified ads and forums (referred to hereafter as “the Service”) subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU.

All text, audio, and images posted on CLIENT by site moderators may not be reposted or broadcast without the express written permission or license from CLIENT, and must attribute CLIENT as the source.

All other postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials (“Content”) posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. More specifically, you are entirely responsible for each individual item of Content that you post, e-mail or otherwise make available via the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or CLIENT has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, CLIENT has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

Should you allow a child to access your account, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the legal guardian of the child/children using the account. By allowing a child to use your CLIENT account, you also give your child permission to access all aspects of the Services. Accordingly, as the child’s legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the Services and/or Content are appropriate for your child.

Furthermore, by using the Service, you agree that you will not use any automated means to access the site for any purpose without CLIENT’s express written permission (this includes spiders, scrapers, bots, etc.). You further agree that you will not take any action that imposes or may impose (at CLIENT’s sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on CLIENT’s infrastructure or interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site or any activities conducted on the site.

CLIENT reserves the right to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service at its discretion, for violating the letter or spirit of the TOU or for any other reason.

CLIENT also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof.

Disclaimer

While CLIENT will make its best effort to pre-screen Content, CLIENT is not responsible for Content made available through the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will CLIENT be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, e-mailed or otherwise made available via the Service. The CLIENT site and Content available through the Service may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of CLIENT. Privacy Policy

CLIENT is committed to user privacy in its products and services. This policy outlines CLIENT’s personal information handling practices. If you give CLIENT personal information, CLIENT will treat it according to this policy.

Types and uses of personal information

Your personal information is used in the following ways:

  • User IDs and Passwords – Provides you with access to your profile areas and to protected content.
  • Account Information – These tell CLIENT moderators more about who you are, how to contact you, and your shipping and billing information.
  • Customer Feedback and Support – Provides a mechanism for requesting information from CLIENT, and to tell CLIENT how it can improve its products, services and site designs.
  • E-mail Correspondence – Used to raise and respond to issues and inquiries of all types. Also used to distribute information about CLIENT, its products, and services.
  • Transactions – Shows which products and services you have requested.

CLIENT will only use your personal information in the ways specified when it was collected. CLIENT will not subsequently change the way in which it uses your personal information unless you consent to the new usage.

Security measures

CLIENT protects the personal information you share with it. Authorized third party agents may also need access to some of your personal information. For example, if CLIENT needs to ship something to you, it must share your name and address with a shipping company. CLIENT only provides third party agents with the minimum amount of information needed to complete the requested service or transaction. CLIENT does not otherwise share your personal information with third parties unless you have granted it permission to do so.

Data retention

CLIENT will not retain your personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Linked web sites/Third party content

CLIENT provides links to third party sites. All third party content is completely independent of CLIENT, including web sites, directories, servers, networks, systems, information and databases, applications, software, programs, products or services, and the Internet as a whole.

Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through

CLIENT and its Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such

dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals.

You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate

before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these

third parties. Since CLIENT does not control these Web sites, you are encouraged to review the privacy policies posted on these (and all) third party sites.

By using the Service, you agree that CLIENT will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between users of this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that CLIENT is under no obligation to become involved.

Children’s privacy

CLIENT does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If CLIENT learns that it has personal information on a child under the age of 18, moderators will delete that information from its systems.
